When you get a Napkin Sketch

Everyone has had someone sketch out a solution in an email or on a napkin and ask them to just make it look good. Maybe the draw-er doesn't have time left, thinks it's the best solution, or that you have little to offer besides "making it sparkle". In this talk, Audrey Crane from DesignMap looks at how to recognize a napkin (and an anti-napkin), and some techniques for working productively with it and the person who drew it.
